Center Editorial Board, 2019-20

Vincent Martin Bonventre

Nicole M. Finn is a third-year student at Albany Law School.  In 2017, Nicole graduated summa cum laude with college honors and departmental distinction from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Peace and Conflict Studies.  In conjunction with serving as the Center’s Editor-in-Chief, Nicole is also an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Review, a Barbri representative, and a research assistant for both Professor Melissa Breger and Professor Vincent Bonventre.  
Nicole has a strong government background, having worked for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, the New York State Senate under Senator James Seward, the New York State Assembly Minority Counsel’s Office, the Albany County Family Court under Judge Richard Rivera, and will be participating in a field placement at the New York State Attorney General Litigation Bureau this coming Fall.  During Nicole’s second-year summer, she is working as a Law Clerk at Carter Conboy in Albany, New York and hopes to make the transition into the private sector post-graduation.

Executive Editor
Candace White, a third-year student at Albany Law School, graduated from Stetson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Psychology.
In the summer of 2018, Candace interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York.  She has also interned for the Albany County District Attorney’s Office’s Special Victims Unit through Albany Law School’s Domestic Violence Hybrid Clinic and for the Honorable District Court Judge Mae A. D’Agostino.  In addition to serving as the Executive Editor of the Center for Judicial Process Blog, she is also Albany Law Review’s Executive Editor for State Constitutional Commentary, the President for Albany Law School’s Chapter of the National Lawyer’s Guild, and a research assistant for Professor Mary Lynch.
